Thanks for the explanation. As always, observations can be documented in different ways. From a data usage perspective, I would define the swing as unusable: disused:playground =swing and leave a note for the next editor (using the note key). This key would also be useful in your notation.

Thanks for the explanation. Personally, I am not a fan of listing coordinate points separately, as points technically have coordinates. It becomes critical when these are poorly defined in WGS84 (the standard for OSM, if I am not mistaken) or licences are required. I am also not aware of any regular checks for shifts in such points.
