The USPS says this post office's address is 509 West Throop Street. Do any road signs around here mention "west"?

Mainly a note to self for tomorrow, but of course anyone can tackle this in the meantim. MO E runs concurrently with D south to "State Highway East" and turns east onto that road. The "East" directional suffix is a mistaken expansion of E.
