Ameren Missouri is the trade name adopted by Union Electric when it was acquired by Ameren Corporation as part of the merger with CIPSCO, Inc.

I followed this up with a changeset to add access restrictions.

This is the final changeset in a series of changesets I've made specifically to fix up the border of Arnold semantically. It still needs adjustment with the river, but that doesn't impact semantics.

It did not properly take intersection semantics into account, and it did not properly exclude non-roadway areas like islands. It did not properly take sidewalks into account. It was also not edited since its introduction, so I felt it appropriate to remove.

I don't know the origin of Holzer Drive in TIGER, but it just...doesn't exist..? There is a driveway with a parallel gated land-access track road here, and the residence to the north has an address on Missouri State Road.

By "trace", I meant "align". The ways were already there.

My interpretation of "minor arterial" is strongly highway=secondary, but special circumstances can bump it up to primary or down to tertiary. IMO this is not a special circumstance, though, as Richardson is a commercial corridor that is completely avoidable if your destination isn't along it.

As an Arnold resident I can say we have these street sign anomalies all over the place. AIUI the most "on the ground verifiable" version should be preferred but alternate versions should also be made available for routing et al.
