It's dropoff parking whith a max time of 10 minutes (paid). How does this fit into the tagging system?

There's an obvious hole in relation/252191#map=16/52.7720/-1.2071 where it used to run down the now-pedestrianised Swan Street. Where does it run instead? The Uni shuttle relation/1775794#map=17/52.77303/-1.20776 is even more confused - again there's a gap for Swan Street, but it also seems to get confused to the northwest.
