You forgot to change the amenity tag. Updated: now the library icon has a small roof. I've 2 such tiny libraries in my town that's why I know how to tag them.

opening_hours=24/7. This has a proper rendering on openstreetmap.org

why did you use aed:location:de instead of aed:location? German is the default language for Germany. And the probability that aed:location is presented to the end user is higher.

Tu n'as pas tort, je me suis posé la question, mais si tu vas par là tu ne mets pas école élémentaire (car amenity=school, school:FR le dit). Et comme tu as entièrement décrit l'école par des tags tu finis par ajouter noname=yes. Le primaire et non élémentaire, là oui, j'ai merdé.

Agreed to some extent.
The main inconvenient of :1, :2... is that here it's the single usage worldwide (that's how I came to this object). The probability that an app uses it is null. I know, www.openstreetmap.org seems to use *wikidata* values to create hyperlinks whatever the actual value is.

isn't a semi-colon separated list in subject:wikidata better? It's the single usage of subject:wikidata:[1..3]
