the intention is good, however ALL buildings in this area are move by a "certain" ofset. If you move a building you should move ALL the buildings in the area - or move the highway to match the land registry

This modification doesn't seem to be quite right: the building exists on the French Land registry and visible on PCRS raster and Ortho HR IGN, just a few meters North. Nothing again adding the missing building, but please with the right extent and the right definition (wall=no is valid for the moved building, not for the newly created one, mind the color on the Land Registry).
