Originally I said there was no bridge sign, but there is clearly not a bridge here. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can figure out what is happening here. Attached photo(s):

The bridge entrance is currently blocked off with a "No Trespassing" sign, but looks to be complete/not under heavy construction from what I can see.
