Kilometric points restart at 0 here (source: Mapillary). From here on further south I am seeing milestones with distances of 585 and more (which are old DK7 milestones with just the ref changed). These are definitely incorrect. I would expect kilometric points based on Jędrzejów Wschód = 0 until at least Jędrzejów Południe, where the S7 rejoins the old DK7 route. Unfortunately neither Mapillary nor OpenStreetCam have any recent imagery of that stretch yet, so someone would have to map that on the ground or snap some photos in good quality.
