Hello: This intersection was completed several months ago. I drive thru it quite often so I changed the 'under construction' status to completed + adjusted few other things around. As I have started editing only recently, could someone verify that the flows of traffic is not interrupted as I had to cut some nodes and reconnect them. Thank you. Martin in Manassas ( I did the section of the road between Brinkley Lane and Technology drive and also in the perpendicular direction, about the same length on Wellington road.
