when I drove past here a couple times last week, I recall OLD zoarville road northeast was NOT a residential road, but there may be another classification that would be more appropriate than track.. would require an onsite survey.

cannot determine by aerial imagery if the bridge connects to any ways on the western side; as I view this, the bridge was already there but no highway was connecting to it on OSM.
