I'm interested in the deletion of the boundary relations for Paralimni and Kapparis.

I've always been a bit dubious about the Kapparis one as Kapparis is just a district within Paralimni. I've no idea whether there is any officially recognized boundary.

On the other hand, I pay taxes to the Municipality of Paralimni (Δήμος Παραλιμνίου), so that must have a boundary, surely?
