Chapel Lane, Bredhurst is listed as a publicly maintainable highway in the Kent streets gazetteer. In earlier versions (I have a version from 5 Mar 2013 saved), it has two road numbers, U1878 and U1879, where the U prefix indicates (I believe) an unclassified road.

Just wondering if you're aware that the node that you moved and renamed (node/502564206 Ifield Way -> Watling Court) is actually a bus stop. The new location seems a slightly odd place for a bus stop.
