There is a public footpath (sidewalk) at this point that connects the end of Brownbert Lane to Barcia Drive. This is visible in the Google satellite view although partially covered by a tree.

This is drawn incorrectly - it's not as large as shown, not a loop connected by a stem. It's really just a small cul-de-sac that directly connects to Park Lane.

This is a private driveway for a loading dock, not a "residential street", so the type needs to be changed.
