| 5435647 | sadaskdj2eek230230 | This place is currently used as social living space for people who cannot afford their own house or do not have social house provided by Government of Berlin (e.g. house that are pay by Jobcenter). As of now (August of 2026) they sort people between 3 towers (where first one is on the most western side) in the following order based on nationality: Romani people — 1st tower.
The reception is in-between 1st and 2nd towers.
* On the left side — lift that leads to social workers who can help with legal and other questions for bewohners, but you need to get Termin before they will be able to help. * Going forward — there will be room with many washing and drying machines. Bowohners are supposed to bring their own washing powder, as haim does not provide them with it. * Right side — are way to the towers themselves, where people live. Bewohners have right to bring guests with them — they (guests) need to provide their passport (they claim that this information is not allowed to be send and used by 1st or 3rd parties) and in some cases their Anmeldung. There is free WiFi, but it has extremely low internet speed with up to 200kb per second and best times. Usually it is less then 50kb per second. The only way to become bewohner there — person needs to have valid Referat / document from LAF that says that they moved them there. Registration otherwise is impossible.
They have workers who speak Russian, Ukrainian, English, German and (possible) Arabic. |
