Sidewalks are mapped as distinct ways all along the road, which causes inaccurate pedestrian navigation: people are crossing the street everywhere as this is a cobblestone, single-lane road. What's the reasoning behind mapping sidewalks as separate ways? Should we switch to mapping them using a shared way instead? (see wiki/Sidewalks)
