OpenStreetMap changeset comments serve as a way to better understand the changes other mappers make - collaboration is crucial.
Could you please consider a bit more informative comments instead of "123", "321" etc?

It's also not strictly defined - for example, personally I prefer more broad residential landuse mapping, not trying to follow every nook and cranny of every fence, path or lawn :)

That does not seem correct - if there is a cycling route (and thus paths, tracks etc), that is highly welcome and there are plenty of such cases mapped in Latvia.
Just that they certainly aren't route=railway.

Yep, it was intended that =cutline marks actual cutlines only, and any navigable features are tagged on top of it as needed.

If this is similar to other Enhars, it might be a bit difficult to classify in OSM. They sit somwhere between convenience, deli, butcher...
The one in Jugla has been approximated to convenience with a separate cafe node: node/11670118102 .
Would that be acceptable here as well (for example, do they sell some drinks, maybe pastry etc)?
