Thank you for your valuable feedback and efforts to make the correction for identified errors.

The highway=crossing tag was not intentionally added to a random node. It was an existing node I should have removed during the dual-to-single-carriageway conversion, but I missed that during self-QC.

Since there was no physical barrier in the latest imagery (only painted markings), I followed general OSM guidelines. So I also failed to catch the country-specific handling for this type of cases.

The issue has now been reviewed internally as well, and we will adopt more strict validation checks and follow country-specific guidelines for similar cases going forward.
