There's a lot of access=customers restrictions on these roads, but I don't think they're accurace — I'm pretty sure these roads are open to anybody regardless of if they are visiting the hospital (at least that's how I interpret access=customers in this context). A resurvey of those tags is necessary.

Should probably have a left turn restriction as I don't think a car can turn left over that crosshatched center bit of Lougheed highway onto the service road. I don't think it makes sense for Lougheed to be split in two here, as it's not physically separated as it would be with a median or equivalent.
