I mentioned motorbikes, because these U-turns restrictions also restrict them as well. You may enter the width of the street, so routing engines could decide when and how to propose a U-turn depending on the vehicle involved. I think I can do a U-turn there without reversing. My car is pretty small and the street is not so narrow. What about motorbikes? More intresting is this restriction - relation/11794599.

Why no u-turn crossing? Is it forbidden by sign? As far as I know rules permit it unless there are no signs posted.

Yes, you are right. "Toto 1" is still operational. We can add 'bookmaker=yes' or similar.

"Sport Toto" node/8251742612 is more like a 'shop=lottery', than a bookmaker.

So far tertiary roads were kept in line with API classification (http://www.api.bg/index.php/bg/karti/republikanska-ptna-mrezha/) except in towns.

Сега е по PTv2 (или почти) с public_transport=stop_position
и
public_transport=platform.
