It's a shared community space for the whole apartment complex. It has billiards, a couch, and a small kitchen. It's locked to the public.

According to Larimer GIS this "inner" boundary is part of Fort Collins and other than the bit of commercial area, it's under the same Fort Collins Tax district. Was this area annexed by FC and should this boundary be removed?

Should St.Vrain River be

Saint Vrain River (thought we should spell out all abbreviations)
St. Vrain River (I've not seen "Saint" spelled out when talking about St. Vrain the person)
St. Vrain Creek (Wikipedia says it's a creek?)
Saint Vrain Creek (Spelled out "St.")

Seeing this water feature have different names as it flows, and wonder if the whole waterway should have the same name before it dumps into South Platte?
