There used to be a public footpath from here to North Dane Way where that dog-leg is by the electric pylon.
No information at the time it was blocked off about its future status :(

This is now fenced off both sides. There was NO advance warning notices about any of these changes or the building work. I walk the area at least once every week.

There is an alley not shown on your map. It runs from Howard Avenue Rochester to City way Rochester. on you map it runs from the alley by the Letter "E "in avenue to up to City way. At City way there are steps.
The addition should be a dotted line, hope that helps. Peter
