| 2831080 | There is a permissive path here as well as the official public right of way - the permissive path travels downward from here along the east/right edge of the field in an area separate and fenced off from the main field, with a gate access near the top of the field. The path terminates near the corner of the housing estate area with another gate, the enclosed area does not curve to continue along the edge of the field. While the upper end is adjacent to the top gate access/public footpath, the lower end of the permissive path does not terminate near the officially marked public right of way - however there are a number of footpaths that follow the base of the field near the River Perry that are not to my knowledge officially marked anywhere but are frequently used (and indeed have to be used for the permissive path to make any sense at all as they are the only way to access the lower end of the permissive path) |
