What is the source for cyclist not being allowed on the A96?

Example: how would a cyclist cross over from the A98 to Fochabers? way/467625181

This is apparently a permissive bridleway, so why was horse and bicycle set to no?

I have reverted this change as it is out of date. It used to be a oneway, but now is no motor vehicles allowed.

Last I looked (a couple months ago) it was a normal road with cycle symbols painted on, which mean it should be highway=unclassified + cycleway=shared_lane.

Hi, this changeset changed this way accidentally from residential to brownfield landuse way/120475060. I have reverted this particular change.

I've reverted adding tunnel=building_passage as none of the road appears to be a tunnel.

how come all the road names are capitalised? what is the source for the road names?

please don't remove highway= tags like this. motor_vehicle=destination already means that this is not a through-road
