Starting March 18, the westbound Interstate 94 (I-94) on- and off-ramps will close at White Bear Avenue. In early April, White Bear Avenue between Old Huson Road and the eastbound I-94 on- and off-ramps will close. Crews will construct a bus underpass at White Bear Avenue and the bus lanes.
