Add businesses

Worth Avenue NBD--update landuse to commercial, add businesses/tag commercial buildings (several are vacant)

Qdoba, Switch'n, and Panda Express all no longer exist here. They have been replaced by other businesses.

Is this still affiliated with the Navy? This might just be the name of the subdivision but even if it is I don't think the tag military=* is appropriate here.

Cerca Glenview residential development at 1850 Glenview will be opening for move ins this month. Parking lot has been removed, new building has been constructed that needs to be mapped. The building is mixed use so should be mapped accordingly. Currently, the retail tenant space on the first floor is vacant but the tenant plans to begin operations by early 2027, so this will need to be added eventually.

Patio Shops has been demolished. The property was planning to be a parking lot, though I'm not sure if that is still in the works or if it is completed. If done, needs to be mapped.

Dry cleaning business is gone and previous building demolished. Currently a construction site as the new restaurant building is being constructed.
