is this road really one way?

Paths around here and North Side Road closed due to construction of a pedestrian bridge over the road and a builders yard in the former premium parking.

Map is broken, as it's possible to drive into Bristol Airport, but not out.

I'm unable to verify the situation on the ground as I haven't been there for a while. Presumably this is due to construction, however how it's currently mapped creates an issue for vehicle route planners.
