I see a teahouse called "Meetea" in a listing here. Is it related to Amana? Does it need to be added/updated?

Is the teahouse "Golden Rooster" here? Is it the same as this building labelled "U Žluté růže"? I see it in some tourist info but I can't tell exactly where the teahouse is.

solar panels on some of the houses facing East onto Slade Lane here. I can't see them in aerial imagery though - needs surveying
