Hi - yes the building really exists. I mapped its extent from GPS. You're correct that the Poplar Union etc lives in the ground floor - however I do not know whether the buildings are truly separate or should be merged. However I do know that the Western extent is correct.

Thanks. I think they're not quite the same place but they're both part of the same building? If so, then I'd suggest you actually add the Assembly Hall as a separate node inside the town hall. That has advantages: you can specify totally different properties for the two things (e.g. phone number). But at minimum, I hope you don't mind fixing the name issue. Cheers.

What would have been much better would be to use the "alt_name" tag, if you wanted to add an alternative name. Would you please do that, perhaps?

Do you have any special reason for this location? I think we should merge these two items, or something.

Is it really useful to put all these objects in the database? If the area needs surveying, why not just one area covering the area needed? Or, why not just one note?

FWIW, the area is (in reality) quite a mess of construction sites, warehouses of unclear access and use, etc. Not going to be easy to resolve all the demands implied by the fixmes.
