GPS sends everyone to road southeast of Trinity Bay, called Lighthouse Ridge. All buildings have a 3146 address in this complex so it becomes confusing fast

The top line should be set to go westbound, not eastbound. It is possible that I inadvertently created this mistake while editing this stretch of road.

Jones Mill Road is blocked at this point by permanent fencing and signage indicating a road closure.

I would provide a photo if the interface allowed for that.

I have discussed this with people in the neighborhood. One person indicating that the road has been blocked for at least 30 years. It is completely blocked and impossible to drive, bike, or walk past this point without jumping a fence on each side.

The larger waterway coming from South is tagged as "Clinton River" when it should be "Red Run Drain".

If you follow the smaller waterway Northwest to Utica and Rochester; you can see riverside trails named "Clinton River Trail".

Perhaps someone from the area can confirm/correct.

Correct spelling is Sassafras.
