Ok, aber es doppelt einzutragen ist eher verwirrend und keine gute Lösung wenn beides zusammen gehört. Ich würde eher eine Node in der Mitte eintragen.
Andere Sachen (z.B. Krankenhäuser) werden ja auch nicht doppelt eingetragen, nur weil sie z.B. aus mehreren Gebäude bestehen.

amenity=arts_centre hört sich gut an. Ich vermute mal, dass das "fixme=Tagging?" eingetragen war, weil die Akademie kein Kunstwerk ist.

Hier ist mir aufgefallen, dass amenity=parking_entrance nur auf Nodes und nicht für Flächen verwendet werden sollte (vgl. amenity=parking_entrance)

Du könntest die kleine Fußwegfläche als area:highway=footway einzeichnen (vgl. (1))

Looks like you forgot the question, so I'll raise it once again. Is the place (1) a staffed alpine_hut where you you can eat and sleep, just a shelter that protects you from rain or something else?

Die capacity=* Angabe am Parkhauseingang hab ich aber wieder entfernt, das ist am Parkhaus selbst besser aufgehoben.
