I didn't check all 500 things you changed, but from what I saw your edit doesn't look good.

And can you please try to keep the edits within one changeset local (see 1). Therefore please safe the changes in one country before you move on to the next country. If you spread your changes over a bigger area like in this changeset (see (2)) its not possible to review and check your changes with standard analyzing software any more.
