OK, first let me check what is the source of this boundary. Where did you get it and do you have an explicit permission to add this in OSM? I am also planning to revert this changeset and lets do a separate upload once its clear that it is OK to be added in OSM.

Hi, some of the roads you added doesn't appear on the ground (judging by the satellite imagery). Can you confirm that these are indeed roads? My hunch is that they are brgy/village boundaries. Thanks!
