The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Writing note to inform that there is a picnic table here, but not going to add it myself because for some reason, at least in Organic Maps, picnic tables take priority over shelters so when you zoom out you only see a picnic table and no shelter when the opposite should happen. This becomes an annoyance when viewing the map. Hopefully somebody has an idea to fix this-- I don't know if this is on OSM side or Organic Maps.
