"subway is no longer in this business park"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Jordan River Trail is paved to here, they're working on it to the south but closed south of here

State data shows a new street here, Pear Lane/175 East, which is not yet visible on any imagery. A survey is needed to confirm where this street is exactly, whether any buildings were demolished, and if any new buildings are up yet.

To keep an eye on: Construction is starting on the Backman Community Open Space. Over summer 2025, a new public park will take shape west of Backman Elementary, featuring a nature playground, outdoor classroom, and native plantings. A section of the Jordan River Parkway Trail will also be rerouted to improve safety. The park is set to open in fall 2025!

New streets added from state data, since beginning of construction is visible in Bing imagery. Need to survey if construction is done or not.

This commercial area has a name, which should be added to OSM. It is, I think, Union Point or Union Court. Unfortunately I don't remember which.
