Scrub area overlaps this residential area

This is completely my mistake and my fault, but when I was first learning OSM I made sloppy and unsquared edits, and the whole west ridge is now in need of repair. I will be working on this here and there but I need as much help as I can get.

zoning update needed, some new apartments finished.

Due to water levels rising, many ponds have began to form, and it looks like they are here to stay. many ponds have grown in size, and water is in areas it has never been before.
