Is this path actually usable?

@kingkingHK states they could verify the path was reachable from Lung Cheong Road, but only verified for halfway length. We should verify that the lower half is reachable from Beacon Hill Road, and therefore whether this path actually exists, is usable, and its actual conditions.

why suddenly highway=secondary ? seems can be just highway=tertiary all the way through.

While we are here, an experimental junction tagging method may be considered. The proposed method involves drawing two oneway=alternating ways to form a triangular junction area, with appropriate turn restrictions. This preserves junction topology while maintaining reasonable GPS accuracy for navigation / mapmatching purposes involving Hang Shun Street (west side).
