Can you give a way id as an example? Imagery may have changed since and imagery offset may have changed too.

Around zh:向阳镇 (天峨县) bing imagery is older than mapbox imagery for example...

The source_url of the changeset comment says I found the gps trace on wikiloc.

If you are currently editing around there anyway just go on and remove all PFM:* tags. If not I could do it using overpass - just tell me what you think...

Can you tell which tag exactly do you mean? Either wikimedia_commons or wikipedia tag on node or relation?
If you think I've named something wrong just fix it ;)

Well, China's administrative divisions handling on osm are a bit different from standard tagging - see osm.wiki/China#县级行政区/County_level

Yes, but I could not find the exact location; it is listed under gov site https://www.e-icisleri.gov.tr/Anasayfa/MulkiIdariBolumleri.aspx (choose Şanlıurfa > Viranşehir > Rapor Tipi:Mahallelerin listesi but harita.atlas.gov.tr does not show the location. Esvetoğlu, Viranşehir also is an entry in trwiki showing population info from another gov site - but location? Things are strange in Turkey ;)
