DOT biking handouts say "bicycles prohibited on center roadways" near "Broadway Junction" (but they really mean this intersection). That's not law though, if you think it's incorrect feel free to change it.

I generally think using a single way is fine, and semicolon separation is pretty common, but I don't actually know what data consumers use the specific marking info.

I think the main reason I mapped the particular crossings as separate here is there are curbs (`barrier=kerb`) without a `kerb=*` tag, which can mess with cycle routing that interprets that as raised curbs. Even if they were tagged as lowered or flush, this also allows mapping tactile paving more accurately, which is why I mapped the eastern crossing that way, though that's less important.

for future references, housenumbers on the same node are separated by commas, not slashes

I reverted this changeset; the + at the start is part of the phone number, as per E.164. Please see the wiki for details: phone=*

One of the driveways you added does not exist. The others were not driveways in the OSM sense (if it's used to access a parking lot or any other service road, it's not a driveway). I've resolved these issues. See this wiki page to learn more:
service=driveway

I've fixed it, but just for future reference: Names should rarely include abbreviations. In this case, something like a navigation app reading aloud wouldn't be able to tell if "Copper St Trail" should be read as "Street" or "Saint". See this wiki page if you want to learn more:
osm.wiki/Abbreviations

and this wiki page for the details in Canada specifically:
