For the emergency=defibrillator node/7098651864 here - from recent inspection it seemed possible to me that the cabinet could be opened from a wheelchair; I am not certain whether to remove the wheelchair=no tag, though. I will add a comment on the edit changeset in case this was intentional.

Old signage for Octangle (sp?) Beauty remains in place here, but a new cafe, Fir Coffee, has opened at this address.

BC7 / Lougheed in Coquitlam is often tagged expressway=yes and this does not forbid pedestrian access. Some segments of it are tagged with foot=no -- for example at: way/35485270

Is there any signage on the highway or at the entrances to it to indicate that foot=no for the segments around here? E.g. on: way/337471073
