The start_date tag for this, one of the two Cleopatra's Needles, seems to be the date it was installed in Central Park. That makes sense; the start_date on its paired needle in London currently reflects the (approximate) date when the combined monument itself was created: way/297331784

Red Wheel plaque on SW side of building commemorating its original function as Powderhall Stables for the horses hauling city refuse to the adjacent then Powderhall Destructor. At present can only be seen through a fence until the proposed new housing development behind goes ahead.

The price displayed on the barriers for access is 50p -- and there's a note at the stairs nearby to expain the reason for charging it. Sometimes, though, the barriers are open and the fee is waived.

Would adding fee:conditional=yes and/or charge=0.50 GBP here make sense?

I couldn't immediately find a bakery/cafe named Confelicity here -- there is a bakery named Seeds for the Soul on the same side of the street and near-or-at the same address, though.
