The tag is wikidata, while the link is wikipedia.

Also the "wikipedia" tags should be used for pages describing the element. This is not the case (the element is a street, the page is about a person). In this cases you should use the tag name:etymology:wikipedia=*

I don't think is right to add the layer=-1 to the whole street. You should have just fixed the part passing through the building.

Inoltre diet:non-vegetarian=yes puoi tranquillamente evitarlo in quando superfluo ed implicito in diet:vegetarian=yes. Ogni diet:vegetarian=yes è automaticamente anche non-vegetarian, in caso contrario sarebbe diet:vegetarian=only.

I have doubts about how you handle landuses. An example:

way/995165451/history

you connected this landuse=forest to two different highways. This would mean that the forest occupies half of the highway, which is not the case of course.

Another example from this same changeset:

way/583733588/history

you edited this kindergarten connecting it to two different highways. It's not true that half highway is part of the kindergarten. I think the previous version was more correct and precise.

c'è un errore con i tag wiki delle species, rimandano alle pagine del segno zodiacale, non della specie dell'animale presente.

Inoltre ho dei dubbi sul produce=wine in abbinamento ai vigneti. Questi producono l'uva, non il vino. Questo tag andrebbe aggiunto secondo me all'azienda vinicola o in generale al posto che poi trasformerà l'uva in vino.
