Just one note, we don't add descriptive names in OSM. From the Wiki: Do not use name=* if the feature is known by a generic term or description.

with this changeset you added "House=yes", is not a valid tag, but you can add house as the building=* value.

Also you added a line without any tag to describe it. What is it? a track? a path?
