The only standard tag seems natural=tree to me, the other are all in french language (while tags are in english language by convention). For example you added 16.475 espece=* tags while there's the species=* tag. Can you fix this import?

con iD si può aggiungere qualunque tag, anche inventati volendo. Devi solo non sceglierli dai preset proposti in alto (menu "Tipo di elemento) ma aggiungerli manualmente in basso (menu "Etichette (n°)".

Il nome presente nella cartellonistica stradale era già presente come alt_name=*. Come da convenzione italiana il nome va in lettere: osm.wiki/IT:Editing_Standards_and_Conventions#Nomi_delle_strade

Inoltre modificando così hai duplicato il valore di name e alt_name. Ripristino la situazione precedente come da convenzione linkata precedentemente.
