what the point of the x:-2021=* tags if nothing had changed? I would expect a surface=* tag together with surface:-2021=* tag, meaning that this year the surface changed. But this way looks like nothing changed, and every year you should remember to change all the tags you used to -2022 ecc.

I don't understand what are you trying to describe here, montain=mountain is not a valid tag. Are you trying to add a peak named Öneberget Östersund? in that case you could add a node natural=peak+name=Öneberget Östersund in the highest point of that area.

dovresti scrivere dei commenti ai changeset piu' chiari per far capire anche agli altri utenti cosa hai modificato (in questo caso ad esempio "Cambiato nome a strada" invece di "ok").
