I think the block names should be mapped individually, I would do it myself but I don't know which number corresponds to which area.

Also could you consider using meaningful changeset comments? "Minhas contribuicoes..." doesn't help other mappers to understand what you edited, see: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

qua hai eliminato il tag per il campo agricolo ma lasciato il tag crop=cereal, inoltre per convenzione su OSM i nomi vanno in maiuscolo, quindi "Centro" invece di "centro" ecc.

I don't think I understood what you are trying to achieve. You want to say that this element is inside that neighborhoo? Than it should be addr:place, not place. "place" tag has to be used with values such as: city, village, hamlet ecc.

As I said last time: "If I edit without commenting it's possible a user will keep making the same mistake over the time.", and that's exactly what happened, you kept making the same exact mistake. If I keep fixing them without telling you, you would keep doing it without even noticing it. Telling you about a repeated error and getting in response "Thank you, I hadn't noticed, I'll pay more attention." is how I imagine positive cooperation. So I will keep making you notice errors if I found out more (that's what changeset comments are also for).

EDIT: Nevermind, I just translated your user block: "Deine Haltung hat sich aber mit dem neuen frankophonen Account nicht verändert - nach wie vor echauffierst Du Dich, sobald jemand es wagt, Dich auf einen Fehler hinzuweisen.", unfortunately as I see your attitude is still the same.

OSM value are in lowercase by convention, so "place=neighbourhood" instead of "place=Neighbourhood".

I name:xx si usano per le traduzioni dei nomi, name:it significa che il tag contiene come valore la traduzione in italiano del name. In Italia ci si aspetta siano uguali. Questo essendo un acronimo secondo me si potrebbe taggare come:
name=Componenti per l'Industria s.r.l.
short_name=COMPI s.r.l

Inoltre name Ingresso Laterale destro della villa Ilderis. non va bene, il tag name=* va utilizzato solo per nomi propri, per le descrizioni c'è il tag description=*

Per capirci non si tagga una fontana come name=Fontana, ma si può taggare name=Fontana di Trevi in quanto è un nome proprio
