Solo degli appunti sulla modifica:
1. manca un tag che descriva la natura dell'oggetto (anche se ora come ora nemmeno io saprei come taggarlo)
2. i tag wiki si utilizzano solo per le pagine che descrivono l'oggetto, "wikipedia=it:Morano sul Po" descrive il comune, non l'arco in particolare.

If it was me, I would have used a disused prefix.

So:
disused:amenity=atm
name=Banco Santander (only if the name is still visible)

Also you put two values in the place tag place=town;county. Is this a town or a county?

I don't think is really correct to tag this relation/13080921/ as place=locality or this node/8926419483 as place=meeting room, you could use "room=yes"+"https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:description=Meeting room." for example. Or using indoor=room if you know the correct area

qua avevo utilizzato il Bremen Schema perché:
1. in Italia gli indirizzi si mappano come nodi
2. era un indirizzo duplicato (gli indirizzi sono univoci)

va rimesso come Bremen Schema o eliminato

(qua c'è un typo da sistemare: node/8938471856)

If it's collapsed and the old tags are not relevant anymore I would just delete them instead of using a ruins:* prefix, what do you think about it?
