Perché cancellarla se esiste? La richiesta di fonti è una domanda lecita. Se non esiste perché l'hai mappata?

Got it, please notice that not following the import guidelines puts your account at risk of being blocked. You can find the guidelines here: osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines

Hi okilimu,

thanks for your edits! Please notice that the proper prefix syntax for wikimedia_commons=* values is "File:", not "FILE:". I fixed some

thanks again and happy mapping

Was this an import?

Forget about it, I found the correct Q-Item!

Hi Stefan,

something went wrong here, the wikidata value contains the OSM node id. Could you take a look at it please? Thanks and good mapping

Hi kiptooengetich,

the amphitheater was already mapped as a way, you created a duplicated here. Also please use do not use upcase for name, e.g use Kenyatta University Amphitheater instead of KENYATTA UNIVERSITY AMPHITHEATER

Hi,

here you added a duplicated building as a node, while adding "amphitheater" to the way. But the housenumber should be... a number. Could you fix it please?

159202131

also you tagged it as evergreen and coniferous but Pistacia atlantica is a deciduous and broadleaved species, the opposite...

Hi rupermaesglas,

I noticed that you’ve continued adding wikimedia_commons values as full URLs over the past 9 months. As Aleks-Berlin mentioned earlier, the OSM wiki recommends avoiding URLs in values for better readability:

"Don't use URLs in values:
wikimedia_commons=https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Isaac_Davis_Monument.jpg#mw-jump-to-license
The value is long, "unreadable" for a human.
Use instead wikimedia_commons=File:Isaac Davis Monument.jpg"

Could you share your reasoning behind continuing to use full URLs? Could you edit accordingly to the community practices from now on? Thanks and good mapping!

Hi Bill,

node/12345750475/history

is there really a tree inside a building? If natural=tree is tagged, there's no need for
description=Tree. leaf_type=needleleaved can be used instead of leaf_type=coniferous. You added a short_name but no name. The wikimedia commons file or category doesn't have proper syntax.

Could you take a look at this edits please?

Hi Isofessor,

node/12345691184

what's the meaning of addr:flats=plant on this ingress? and description=Flowers?

do you have local knowledge of this building? are there really 2 banks, and hairdresser and a fast food?

Hi opinsorse,

way/288492824

here you added the wikidata of a pharmacy chain, should it be brand:wikidata or operator:wikidata rather? Also you added the wikidata but there's no tag indicating a pharmacy (e.g. amenity=pharmacy)

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File%3AFloor2024.jpg ?

Why you linked the image of a floor detail to this building?

Ciao Martin,

way/1270653412/history

questa building:part non mi sembra corretta, comprende anche i buchi dell'edificio. Il wikidata inoltre é l'id della way OSM, non il Q-Item.

Hi twistmedalblank,

you added around 74 elements with "operator=(Police Dept/Owner)" and "operator:wikidata=(WikiData ID)". Could you fix them with the proper values? Thanks and good mapping

158721367

Ciao damjang,

node/12310577907

c'é un problema con l'operator:wikidata di questo elemento, il valore dovrebbe essere un Q-Item. Se ha due operatori potresti magari utilizzare il separatore ";", ad esempio "operator=Danieli Tintea;Luca Villanovich"

Linking a wikidata that is istance of "Wikimedia list article" makes no sense to me, since it stores informations about the wikimedia list, not the wikimedia list subjects.

Linking wikipedia lists could make sense but...often they are a just table with pictures and coordinates. Wouldn't be better to just link the picture (if present) with wikimedia_commons=*? We already have the coordinates and tags for other informations (as heights ecc.).

In my opinion Mormegil edit is ok

Hi Afford Hike,

It looks like some building nodes may have been unintentionally moved while adjusting landuse areas, possibly due to filtering buildings out in JOSM (for example, this node: node/5776958287/history). When you have a moment, could you check and fix these? Thank you and good mapping!
