please do not accept the suggestion of the editor without knowing what they mean. In this case the editor told you that a building was overlapping a road, the solution was to delete the building=yes tag, not to add layer=-1 (since is not a real building).

I fixed it

You could consider place=plot, place=city_block or place=neighbourhood.

designation=barangay

name=name of barangay"

I saw you added some place=sub, but what does it means? It's not a documented value in the wiki for the place=* tag.

Il cartello indica i limiti di accesso, ma questi non si applicano al cartello stesso (per esempio uno può benissimo leggerlo passando a cavallo visto che il limite è sull'autostrada e il cartello è visualizzabile senza imboccarla), quindi i tag access andrebbero tolti dal cartello.

Just keep in mind that there's a syntax for commons image, in this case it should be "wikimedia_commons = File:Information boards at the entrance to Llangennech railway station - geograph.org.uk - 4630409.jpg" instead of "wikimedia_commons = https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Information_boards_at_the_entrance_to_Llangennech_railway_station_-_geograph.org.uk_-_4630409.jpg"
