Please don't copy information from a node to an area while leaving the node. Instead, merge the node to the area. I fixed it in changeset/103359357

Please do not copy hotel information to a building unless the entire building is the hotel. Please do not copy information from a point to an area while leaving the original point; instead, merge the point into the area.
Please don't draw an area and copy duplicate information to the area. Instead, merge the existing point to the area. I've fixed it in changeset/103359049

Reverted with changeset/103358880
Please don't draw a building over an area that is not a building.
Please don't draw a building around an area that is not a building.
Please don't draw a building if a building is already there. Please merge the node to a building you draw instead of leaving the node separate.
Be careful with what tags you add when you choose a preset. This whole area is not one building. I've fixed it in changeset/103358175.
This change removes a restaurant. It has been reverted in changeset/103351615
Please note that the "addr:street" tag must match the name of a nearby street exactly.
Please don't add duplicate information, I've told you this already. There is no need to add a node for the hotel if the building already has a "tourism=hotel" tag on it.
When selecting an object, scroll down to the bottom of the inspector. Here you'll see the actual tags that define an object, including keys like "building," "landuse," and "tourism." Everything above that is just a convenient way to fill out the tags. You can read more here: osm.wiki/Beginners_Guide_1.3 . If you want to make a building that is a hotel, you can select the "hotel" preset, which sets the "tourism=hotel" tag, and then set which type of building it is, which sets the "building" key. In this case I've set it to "construction," adding the tag "building=construction," to say that it's a building under construction, however I did not change the preset to "building under construction," nor did I remove the "tourism=hotel" tag. For another case: If a hotel covers a large area with multiple buildings, you can draw an area that covers the plot, set "tourism=hotel," and remove any "building" tags, because the parcel itself is not a building. The buildings inside can then be drawn properly as buildings, without duplicating the information of the whole area.
