AFAIK existiert keine Benutzungspflicht für Radfahrende auf den Gehwegen an der Winkeler Straße. Es existiert zwar rotes Pflaster (von der ehemaligen Benutzungspflicht stammend), aber die entsprechenden Zeichen 237 / 240 / 241 sind nicht mehr vorhanden.
Darf man als Radfahrer da eigentlich legal darauf fahren?
